Services
These are the main services I focus on. Prices vary according to the scope and timescale of the project.
- Website and web application development. If you want a new design with all the advantages of usability, accessiblity and web standards, built in from the ground up.
- Usability makeover. If you want your site to gain the advantages of usability, like more return visitors and increased conversion rates.
- Standards-based rebuild. If you’re looking to rebuild your site to run on web standards.
- Code for designers. If you have a design mockup and want it handcrafted into XHTML and CSS. The process usually takes just 2–3 days for a series of pages with the same basic layout.
My services don’t end when your website goes live:
- Hosting. Your new site will need somewhere to live. I can provide hosting on fast, commercial-grade servers.
- Maintenance. New content and ongoing maintenance and optimisation are important in order to gain the full benefit of your site. A maintenance contract provides two hours work every month, doing updates and search engine marketing.
- Statistics and analysis. Knowing what your visitors are doing and how your site is performing really helps to get the most out of your site. A quarterly stats and analysis package means you won’t just know what’s happening, but why, and what you should do about it.
